Did you miss out on joining the PASA Exec team last spring? Here is your chance! Spots will be opening up for the following positions:
Outreach Officer
- Is in charge of managing communications between non-university parties and PASA
- Is in charge of organizing volunteer groups for any outreach related activities (i.e. Open House, high school visits, etc.)
Communications Officer
- Taking notes at meetings
- Updating website content/ news feed
- Ensuring the online calendar is updated to reflect past and upcoming events
- Working with the social rep to ensure Facebook events are created and linked on the website (and calendar), while having the same content available online not to exclude those without Facebook
- Integrating new fun pages
- Removing irrelevant pages
- Using basic HTML tags to format pages (Dina can assist in helping the new officer learn if needed.)
- Finding event photos and organizing them into albums
